How this site is funded, its independence from any seed or plant seller, and the limits of what its guides can do.
This site has no sponsors and takes no payment from seed companies, nurseries, retailers or hemp businesses. The home page carries one plain link to My Garden and Lawn, a garden supply store run by the same owner; no guide links to it or recommends its products. If any commercial link is ever added, it will be marked where it appears and carry rel="sponsored" in the page code, and it will never change what a guide says.
Independence
Until about 2024 the domain belonged to Imperial Seedlings, a store that sold hemp seedlings and transplants. This site has no connection to that store and does not sell seedlings, seeds or plants.
General information only
The guides are general information for US gardeners. Climate, soil and weather differ from place to place and year to year: your local Cooperative Extension office knows your conditions best. The hemp pages are not legal advice; check current rules with your state department of agriculture before planting.
